Saturday my clothes were falling off they were so heavy with sweat. I had to take my shirt off about mile 14 because my shoulders were starting to hurt some. The problem with that is that my shorts were sagging from the weight of all my sweat so I kept having to pull them up. It was fun, the first half going by really quickly... thinking to myself did I miscount because that didn't feel like eleven. The last mile I was thinking did I miscount because this feels like 25, not 18. It was good though. I even managed to do my P90X legs and back that night, and Sunday I had enough strength left to do Kenpo and Ab Ripper. I put in six this morning, which I needed because my legs were starting to tighten up. I'm pretty excited about doing 18 again next weekend, now that I know I can do it. Hope that y'all saw some great things in Napa. I remember it being a great run, mostly because of the cooler morning, but also just the beauty of it all...if you got to run it, please blog about what y'all saw. Can't wait until we get together this week. Love, LJ
-Oh and I was thinking that at the finish line of Denver when the camera is on me, I should stick my arms out like a plane and "fly in". Don't know if that would be a good pic or not.
