Better and Better

I've been just wanting to run more and more lately. Even when I feel at my most exhausted it seems like I can find that extra push to tack on a couple of miles. Today I did six at Town Lake and missed spin. So I just went to the gym and used a spin bike and did my own workout to my playlist. I sweated so much more than usual and felt amazing afterward. I feel my body getting stronger all the time. I hope that everything is going as well for y'all. Its good to start building milage now before the heat sets in too much. I'm so amped for next season!-Lindsey
