So why was it harder for me to do 3 miles for me yesterday. Man at like 1.5-2miles I wanted to stop so badly but instead I increased the spead on the tread mill thinking I will get into it more. That didnt work. I just kept running and stopped at my 3 miles what I had planned for yesterday. Mabey I was going too fast? Or just an off day? Not a good run.

I have those days too. Sometimes 4 is unbearable and the next day 8 will feel like a breeze. There are so many factors-mostly mental, but also physical (stress, what you ate that day, time of run, coming off an increase week). Don't let it get in your head though, just forget about it before you start your next run.-Lindsey
