Running Again - by Sarah
So, I have been running at least 4 days a week for about 3 weeks now. Yesterday I ran 3 miles, which is the longest distance so far. I feel really good and strong. Since my runs are so short, I've just been doing them on the treadmill at the gym. I hope I'm not messing anything up? since running out on the ground is a little different. I think I will run 3 miles next week just outside, or maybe just do 1 mile outside and then go to the gym later to finish exercising. There is this supposedly really hard class starting at Gold's this Saturday. It's called Body Attack and they say it's a great workout. I think I will try it. The website says there is a class at 8:30, but that includes a body fitness assessment, which I'm not interested in. I'll bet the class starts at 9 or 9:30. Anyone interested in meeting me there?

I'm out-I have my last long run on Saturday morning before I start to taper. That'll take me a good three hours and twenty minutes. Fan appreciation day is Sunday at the Disch and I heard they'll let the kids come down and play on the field. You might want to check that out, Sars. Also, I may have to miss spin because of it, I'll check the tiime.- Lindsey
