Hey! Sorry for the lack of feedback. Well I ran 3 yesterday.And no pain through out the run or no pain in my knees at all. I do hear them making a cracking noise from time to time now though? I even sprinted the last half mile and felt great! I did notice a difference in my cardio shape though. Not as good. But Im excited to get back in. In my break of running I didnt do any cardio at all so no reason to complain! My goals now are to complete 13 miles in about a month and a half. I just remember that feeling of completing 10 and just crave that again. I feel like my body is stronger and Im more aware of how to train now. So here I go again on my own, going down the only rode Ive ever known. haha ok That was a song if you didnt catch that. I love laughing at my own jokes.
