I lost my team

I haven't heard much from either of you as far as running lately. I know that Sarah's going to ease back in soon, but how are your legs Melinda? Its making me feel self centered that I keep blogging about myself and no one else has anything to post. Well here's my week so far- 4 on sunday (some speed work), 5 on Tuesday and bike at the gym, 6 today(done) and swim(after work). I want to do 4 tomorrow, 6 Friday, and 18 on Saturday. I've gotten away from the middistance during the week and decided to keep with the shorter runs for time and motivation reasons. Eight is not a happy number for me and I don't know why. I've been running at town lake as much as possible as has all of austin it seems. What a great town we live in! I got hooked on cokes again, and I'm on my third day without caffeine. I need to start eating better considering there are only 2 months left to train (two months of salads won't kill me). Alright- I expect to hear from someone on their progress, or even their lack of.- Lindsey
