So I am soooo excited about riding it and getting used to it.
I have clip shoes also so I am going to practice a little on the spin bike with them before wearing them. I think I might get cage petals for now. I cant wait to ride!
We have dinner plans but I want to get a little ride in aferwards!
Lindsey I am so glad you got to run there and see some cool things. When is the next race you are shooting for?

spectacular! Sorry to hear about the darndest du. My next run in October 18-the Denver marathon! I'm so excited about the race, but nervous about training in the heat. I did 12 yesterday and it hurt afterward. I'm doing the R&R half in SA in November. Dallas has a du Aug 3rd and there are 2 duathlons in October..one in Big D and one in H-town. Lindsey
