"There are clubs you can't belong to, neighborhoods you can't live in, schools you can't get into, but the roads are always open." Nike
Running is the most accessible sport that I can think of. It really is open to most everyone most all the time- any season, any time of day, any age group. What a blessing that God has afforded us the added luxury of having good gear to run in, a sisterhood to share the journey with, and awesome support from our loving husbands!

True that. That is so right!
ok I tried to post a blog rather than a comment and it didnt work out. I can try harder later. Lets see this week... I did 3 miles on the treadmill. I dont know what I think about running on the treadmill. Kinda went by pretty slow. Yet it was good because I can litterally know where my pace is at. Its kinda hard to stay at a slow pace because cardio wise I feel the push to go faster because it feels good, yet I have been reading up on that book Marathon for Mortals and Im really trying to prevent any injury I can. So I have to keep remembering I am learning and training my body.So thats kinda fun. I felt really good after the 3 miles, I didnt really have to recover after that. I have taken two days off already this week. So I cant take any more off. I am going to run 2miles today after work.
